Privacy Policy

Pickup Pilot ("the app") is operated by Nutrivision Application Inc. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Content you provide: photos you upload for analysis or enhancement, conversation screenshots, chat messages you send to the coach, and bio inputs. These are processed to provide the feature you requested.
• Contact info: your name and email, only if you sign in with Apple or Google. Sign in is optional.
• Location: precise location, only when you use the date ideas feature, to suggest plans near you.
• Purchases: subscription status, processed by Apple and RevenueCat. We never see your payment details.
• Identifiers and usage: a device identifier and product interaction events, used for app functionality and analytics, including tracking as described in the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• Diagnostics: crash and performance data to keep the app working.

How AI processing works

Content you submit (photos, screenshots, messages) is sent to our servers and processed with third party AI providers (such as OpenAI) to generate results. We do not sell your content. Conversation history for the coach is stored so the Pilot can keep context, and you can delete it in the app at any time.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that make the app work (AI processing, analytics, subscription management, crash reporting) and only for the purposes above. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your coach conversation in the app. To request deletion of all data associated with your device or account, contact us at the email below.

Your choices

• Decline tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• Use the app without an account.
• Revoke location access in iOS Settings.
