The service

Pickup Pilot provides AI powered dating assistance: reply suggestions, photo analysis and enhancement, date ideas, bios, and coaching. Results are suggestions, not guarantees. You are responsible for how you use them.

Subscriptions

Pickup Pilot Pro is offered as auto renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or yearly, with a free trial on the yearly plan where available). Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Free allowances and pricing may change.

Acceptable use

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Only upload content you have the right to share.
• Do not use the app to harass, deceive, or harm others, or to violate any platform's rules or any law.

Content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to process it and deliver the service. We may refuse content that violates these terms.

Disclaimers

The app is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nutrivision Application Inc. disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in the app.
